Interview with the topper as reported in The Hindu today: http://www.thehindu.com/news/states/other-states/article3470321.ece
Just thinking, will this attract the attention of the central govt or will they just think, these people can score this much with minimal facilities, let's cut down their supply just to suppress us from becoming too powerful!
Another observation, I always heard NE people are wanted in active service for their sincerity, honesty, agility, adaptability and all, but None has become Army Chief, Admiral, Or Air force chief as far as I know. It's also very visible that The Army chief post is reserved for Punjabis only! Think think!

Whafhe decides at this time, determines his fate and his future. So it is of utmost importance that they make the right decision and for this it is prudent that they be provided with enough options to choose from. Understanding the hardships, students and parents face in Manipur when it comes to admission for higher studies and professional courses out of the state, an education fair is being organised on June 2 and 3 at Classic Hotel, Imphal by Fluorescence Communications in association with All Manipur Working Journalists Union and support from Manipur Skill Development Society, an undertaking of Govt. of Manipur. Students from Manipur can easily fill them up and fullfil their dreams. This is one of the main reasons why we are organizing this education fair.”The education fair will see a diverse set of universities, technical institutes, professional institutes and vocational centres taking part in it offering courses like MBA, MCA, B. Tech in various Engineering disciplines, M. Tech, Hotel Management, Medical, Nursing, Biotechnology and Fashion Designing, just to mention a few. The students of Manipur will greatly benefit and have many new choices which they might not have any knowledge about earlier from this fair.
